Cancellation Policy
It’s exclusively accepted to cancel through the online platform. This clear separation between the salon's contact information and that of the service providers helps avoid any potential confusion. Therefore, please note we do NOT accept cancellations via text, email, or voicemail. Online cancellations are the only accepted method. CeCe Beauty Suites bears no responsibility for scheduled appointments. 'CeCe Beauty' is solely the name of the salon. For any inquiries or concerns regarding your appointment, kindly reach out directly to the service provider you have scheduled with. There is a 100% of service charge fee for No-Shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. All sales are final. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be canceled. (Unless discussed)
