CANCELLATION POLICY
It’s exclusively accepted to cancel through the online platform. Therefore, please note I do NOT accept cancellations via text, email, or voicemail. Online cancellations are the only accepted method. There is a 100% of service charge fee for No-Shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. NO TEXT APPTs. All appts must be made online. If you text me about rescheduling, you must make sure you have a confirmation email. If not, regardless of text, I won’t be present. All sales are final. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be canceled. (Unless discussed)
